How can I see my order?

 

You can simply open orders page after opening my account page;

If you did not create an account before shopping, you can click lost my password at Sign In page.

 

Your order will also be delivered with email,  you can also check your mailbox.

 

Why is my order status is pending?

 

If your order status is pending for more than 1 hour, you can contact with us by sending an email to customer@mallofgame.com. Please keep in mind that you need to send us the mail from your registered email address.

 

You can also reach us about your order status via creating a ticket from support center.

 

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been delivered, we can not cancel it. You can see our Terms and Conditions about this.

 

If your order status is pending more than 1 hour, you can request cancellation by creating a ticket from support center.

 

Why I did not receive registration email?

 

We usually send registration email in a few minutes, please also check your junk mails too. If you did not receive the registration mail you can send us an email to customer@mallofgame.com, one of our team members will shortly help you by replying your email.

 

What do I need to buy products?

 

All you need is making a successful payment by using one of our payment methods.

 

The code I have purchased is not working, what should I do?

 

You can report the digital code to us which you have purchased from us by creating a ticket from support center. Our team will do their best to solve your problem. Please also note that purchasing a product for correct region is under your responsibility.
